大手日系商社にてPA・チームセクレタリーを募集しています。

・ 日々のスケジュール管理

・出張/ホテル、車の手配など

・国内外での会議のアレンジ 、会議・プレゼンテーション資料の作成

・電話やメール、訪問者の対応

・郵便物等の確認、準備、発送

【応募資格】

-過去に秘書業務のご経験がある方

- ビジネスレベル以上の英語力要、母国語レベルの日本語力要

-Word / Excel / Power Pointを使いこなせる方

-SAP/Concurの知識をお持ちの方

-マルチタスクに業務を遂行出来る方

-細かなところに気を配れる方

Your New Job Title:                  Japanese speaking PA  Ref:19429

The Skills You'll Need:              PA, EA, team secretary, Japanese, SAP

Your New Salary:                    up to £45,000

Location:                              London zone 1

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Proactive diary management and extensive global travel arrangements
  • Make arrangements for external and internal meetings and events, taking into account different time zones where appropriate
  • Company car arrangement
  • Arrange room bookings and refreshments for meetings as required
  • Monitor incoming mail and emails and ensure that queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Answer the telephone and screen calls
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Prepare presentations, documents and other external/internal correspondence
  • Make arrangements for visiting VIPs
  • Process expenses
  • Under direction of the Managing Director, provide occasional assistance to the Managing Directors family members
  • Business card compilation and Christmas card preparation and dispatch

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience of providing Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant support at Board/Managing Director level
  • Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Japanese
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in accordance with deadlines
  • Advanced MS Office skills and Knowledge of SAP/Concur

Job status:                  Permanent/ Full-time

Start date:                  ASAP

Working hours:            35 hours/week with occasional requirement to flex hours to cover late finishes.
